Yellen also made an off-key statement that if China "changes its mind", the US has many retaliatory measures.

"The agreement has not been finalized yet. We hope to finalize it before Thanksgiving on November 27," Yellen said in the program. "After the meeting between the leaders of China and the US in South Korea, I believe China will fulfill its commitments."
