Samarium Chloride Hydrate (SmCl₃·6H₂O): Chemical Additive, Reaction Catalyst, Growth Promoter
An inorganic compound with the chemical formula SmCl₃·6H₂O, appearing as beige-yellow crystals. It is soluble in water (approximately 25g of hydrate dissolves in 100mL water at 18°C) and benzene. When heated to 760°C, it decomposes into samarium oxide.
