Packaging Specifications
Purify thulium chloride raw material to remove impurities, then introduce carbon dioxide to form carbonate. React with high-purity fluorine in specialized equipment to produce fluoride. Wash the product with hot purified water and dry in a vacuum furnace. Remove free fluorine by temperature adjustment. Introduce hydrogen to transform crystal phase and modify refractive index.
