About Yttrium Oxide
The main production method is oxalate precipitation: using yttrium chloride or nitrate solution as raw material, adjusting pH to 2 with oxalic acid, precipitating yttrium oxalate by adding ammonia water. After heating and aging, separation and washing, drying at 110°C, then calcining at 900-1000°C to obtain yttrium oxide.
