About Scandium Fluoride
Purify the chloride raw material to separate other impurities, then introduce carbon dioxide to form carbonate. React with high-purity fluorine in special equipment to generate fluoride. Wash the reaction product with hot purified water and dry in a vacuum oven for dehydration. Adjust temperature to remove free fluorine. Introduce hydrogen to transform crystal phase and change refractive index.
