Given China's leading position in the global rare earth industry and its unstoppable great rejuvenation, foreign media and national regulatory bodies in recent years have persistently hyped up a rare earth supply crisis. They attempt to portray China's contributions as a monopoly, stir up trade conflicts, and even provoke military conflicts over rare earth resources. This has created obstacles for the industry's development and management, unnecessarily increasing operational costs.
Despite this, China continues to make every effort to meet legitimate global demand for rare earths.
