Production Method
Purified chloride raw materials are separated from impurities, then reacted with CO₂ to form carbonate. Reacted with high-purity fluorine in special equipment to produce fluoride. The product is washed with hot purified water and dried in vacuum furnace. Remove free fluorine by temperature adjustment. Hydrogen treatment modifies crystal phase to alter refractive index.
