Product Description

The core microalloying agent for high-strength, high-conductivity copper alloys. This product is a key additive for developing copper alloys that combine high strength with high electrical conductivity. Zirconium (Zr), through its unique precipitation strengthening effect, can significantly enhance the strength of copper alloys while maintaining excellent electrical conductivity, perfectly solving the technical challenge of the mutual constraint between strength and conductivity in traditional copper alloys.

About Copper-Zirconium Master Alloy

1.Excellent Balance of Strength and Conductivity: Achieves strength above 550 MPa through the formation of nanoscale Cu₅Zr/Cu₃Zr strengthening phases; conductivity can be restored to above 80% IACS after aging treatment.

2.Excellent Thermal Stability: Softening temperature reaches above 450°C; strengthening phases remain stable at high temperatures, ensuring high-temperature performance.

3.Significant Grain Refinement Effect: Refines as-cast structure, inhibits grain growth.

4.Improved Corrosion Resistance: Increases self-corrosion potential, refined grain boundary structure hinders corrosion.
